Billing Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Genlli offers the following monthly subscription plans, priced in Israeli Shekel (ILS):

All prices are stated in ILS and include VAT where required by Israeli law.

2. Free Trial

New customers receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must activate a paid subscription to continue using the Service. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry; after that it may be deleted.

3. Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the anniversary of your activation date. Annual plans are billed annually in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe Inc, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Genlli does not store your credit card details on our servers. Payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the payment automatically. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before service is suspended. If payment is not received within 7 days of suspension, your account may be cancelled and data scheduled for deletion per our Privacy Policy.

6. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate or refund unused days.

Exception: If there is a material defect in the Service caused by Genlli that we are unable to resolve within 14 days, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period by contacting support.genlli@gmail.com.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing customers will receive at least 30 days advance notice by email before any price change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Taxes and VAT

Prices shown may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes depending on your location and the applicable laws. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown before payment is confirmed. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.

9. Invoices

Tax invoices are available on request. Contact support.genlli@gmail.com with your business details and subscription information. We aim to provide invoices within 5 business days of request.
