Genlli ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Genlli revenue recovery platform, accessible at genlli.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our service.

By registering for or using Genlli, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your business name, email address, and optionally your WhatsApp/phone number.

Business configuration: Working hours, services offered, appointment slot duration, and session value that you configure in the dashboard.

Appointment and client data: Names and phone numbers of your clients, appointment dates/times, and appointment outcomes (booked, completed, cancelled, no-show). This data is entered through your WhatsApp conversations and the dashboard.

WhatsApp messages: Content of WhatsApp conversations between your clients and the Genlli bot, processed through Twilio's API. We do not store full message content beyond what is needed to operate the booking system.

Usage data: Technical logs, system health data, and audit trails for security and reliability purposes.

Payment data: Billing information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We receive only subscription status confirmations.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the appointment booking and revenue recovery service
  • To send WhatsApp reminders to your clients on your behalf
  • To generate revenue reports and business analytics visible only to you
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To provide customer support
  • To maintain system security and investigate abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your client data for our own marketing. Your client data belongs to your business.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Twilio Inc: WhatsApp messages are routed through Twilio's API. Twilio processes message content to deliver messages. Twilio's privacy policy applies: twilio.com/legal/privacy

Stripe Inc: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy

Render Inc: Cloud hosting provider. Our servers and database run on Render's infrastructure in the United States. Render's privacy policy applies: render.com/privacy

We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a SQLite database on Render's persistent disk storage in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Access tokens (256-bit hex) for authentication — never passwords stored in plain text
  • Audit logs for all sensitive operations
  • Role-based access control (OWNER, ADMIN, OPERATOR, STAFF)

No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Appointment and client data may be retained for up to 24 months after your last active use to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / Israeli Privacy Law)

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to certain types of processing

8. Cookies

Genlli uses session storage and local storage in your browser to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, applicable GDPR provisions also apply.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice in the dashboard. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
