Cookie & Storage Policy

1. Summary
Genlli does not use HTTP cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We use browser-native storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) only for essential functional purposes.
2. What We Store and Why
We use localStorage for the following functional purposes:

None of these values are transmitted to third parties. They remain on your device.
3. No HTTP Cookies
Genlli does not set any HTTP cookies (the kind managed by your browser's cookie store). No Set-Cookie headers are sent by our servers. This means:
- No session cookies
- No advertising or targeting cookies
- No analytics cookies
- No cross-site tracking
- No third-party cookie consent banner is required
4. No Third-Party Tracking
We do not use:
- Google Analytics or any analytics service
- Facebook Pixel or any social tracking pixel
- Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any session recording tool
- Any retargeting or advertising network
5. Legal Basis
The storage we use is strictly necessary for the service to function (login session, language preference). Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary storage does not require a consent banner. No consent is requested because none is required.
6. How to Clear Your Storage
You can clear all locally stored data at any time:
- Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files, Site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Data → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove all
Clearing storage will sign you out and reset your language preference.
7. Future Changes
If we introduce any cookies or tracking in the future, we will update this policy, add a consent mechanism as required, and notify existing users by email. Currently, no such changes are planned.
