Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Genlli subscription at any time, for any reason. To cancel:

We aim to process all cancellation requests within 1 business day and send a confirmation email.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of the current period.

Example: If you are billed on the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 15th, your access continues until the end of that month.

3. Trial Cancellation

If you cancel during your free trial, your account is deactivated immediately. On your request, trial data will be deleted immediately. Without an explicit deletion request, trial data is held for 30 days then automatically deleted.

4. Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

  • Your data (appointments, clients, messages) is retained for 30 days
  • During this 30-day window, you may request a data export by contacting us
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • Financial/billing records may be retained longer where required by Israeli law

5. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Please see our Billing Terms for our full refund policy, including the exception for material service defects.

6. Account Suspension for Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated by Genlli for a violation of our Terms of Service, you will receive notice by email. You will have a 30-day data export window from the date of termination before your data is deleted, unless the violation involved illegal activity.

7. Appointment Cancellations (Client-Side)

This policy covers subscription cancellations only. For information about how client appointment cancellations and reschedules are handled by the Genlli bot, see your dashboard's Settings section or contact support.

8. Reactivation

You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time within 30 days of cancellation. Contact support.genlli@gmail.com to reactivate. After 30 days, you must create a new account as your data will have been deleted.
